This opportunity provides unemployed youth with a structured pathway into the finance industry while earning a National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF Level 5).   • New Business and Underwriting: Learning the processes of onboarding new clients and pre-sale underwriting.
  • Claims Handling: Assisting with claims processing to ensure excellent client experience.

Education and Entry Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

  • Matric/Grade 12 is essential with:
    • Maths (Level 4 – 50% minimum) OR
    • Maths Literacy (Level 5 – 60% minimum).
    • English (Level 4 – 50% minimum).
    • A second language (Level 4 – 50% minimum).
  • An incomplete tertiary qualification in finance will be an added advantage.
  • Additional requirements:
    • Aged between 18–30 years.
    • Not enrolled in any other post-Matric studies or employment.
    • No prior participation in any learnership.
    • South African citizenship by birth.
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
