Agriculture is the backbone of many rural communities in South Africa, yet countless farmers struggle to access the knowledge and practical skills needed to run their farms sustainably and profitably. Recognising this gap, De Beers Group has introduced the Agriskills Short Skills Programme, a comprehensive, hands-on training initiative designed to uplift farmers and aspiring agripreneurs.
The programme combines technical training with compliance and business management, ensuring participants walk away with the confidence to apply new skills in real farm environments. Delivered at NQF Level 5, each module is short, intensive, and focused on practical outcomes—perfect for busy farmers who need results-driven learning.
Location: Blouberg & Musina
