About the Graduate Programme

The Boxer Superstores Graduate Programme is a one-year, hands-on training opportunity delivered in partnership with the W&R SETA. Successful applicants will work within their chosen discipline while receiving:

Available Graduate Disciplines

The December 2025 intake is open to graduates in:

  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • Business Administration
  • Sustainability / Environmental Studies

A total of five graduates will be selected across these fields.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the programme, applicants must have:

Education

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in:
    • Occupational Health & Safety
    • Business Administration
    • Sustainability / Environmental Studies

Work Experience

  • 0–2 years of working experience
  • Must be available immediately for the start date (1 December 2025)

Additional Requirements

  • One position requires a valid driver’s licence
  • South African citizen

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Boxer Superstores Graduate Trainee, you will:

Support Departmental Operations

Assist with daily departmental activities, including:

Apply Theory to Real Business

Use the knowledge from your degree to help solve real operational challenges within Boxer Superstores.

Receive Mentorship & Training

Participate in structured training and mentorship programmes designed to help you grow professionally.
