POST 1: SENIOR MANAGER – STRATEGIC SOURCING

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma in Business / CommercialI/ Legal / Quantity Surveying (NQF 7), in Supply Chain Management or Built Environment.
• 10 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management of at least 5 years in procurement management position.
• Contract management and extensive experience in contractual negotiations.
• Proven track record in large scale capital programme / project procurement with at least 5 years’ experience in CAPEX related procurement.

POST 2: HEAD: TACTICAL SOURCING

Minimum Requirements

• 12 years’ experience within supply chain management is required.
• Requirement of trust and honesty in the handling of finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19
• Must be willing to undergo Lifestyle Audit and State Security Agency (SSA) Vetting.

POST 4: CONTRACTS & TRANSACTIONAL SUPPORT MNGR

• At least 6-8 years’ experience in managing the tender and contracting process and in administering contracts within procurement environment with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Requirement of Trust and Honesty in the handling of Finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
• Willing to undergo State Security Agency (SSA) Vetting
• Minimum Driver’s License (Code 08).
• Travel as Required and Approved.

POST 5: SPECIALIST: OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements

• BTech/B Degree (Safety Management, Environmental, Occupational Health, Technical Sciences) is a consideration.
• Master’s in occupational Hygiene/Public Health/ Occupational Health is desirable.
• Have at least 5 years relevant experience and also registered as an occupational hygienist.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a head for an AIA for Occupational Health and Hygiene (Accredited by SANAS and registered with the Department of Employment and Labour).
• Have at least 8 years as a manager for occupational hygiene.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience as a technical signatory for the AIA.
• Legal knowledge certificate in Occupational Hygiene.
• Be registered with the Southern African Institute for Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH) as an Occupational Hygienist.

• 5-8 years’ experience in Marine expertise as Tug master Feeder pool :- MS1- Master Port Operations (TNPA specific) MS2- Deck Officer (STCW)
• ETDP qualifications will be an added advantage
• Facilitation skills and prepared to undergo training to acquire a certificate in ETD (NQF5).
• SAMSA Level 2 Assessor
• Facilitation and Moderation

Standard Job Requirements

• Driver’s licence code 08
• Must be willing to obtain a valid South African Passport or be in possession of such a passport.
• Must be willing to travel as required locally and cross-border as approved by the business
