POSITION: PRINCIPAL INSPECTOR SECURITY X8

• Task Grade: T08
• Area of Speacialization: To protect Eskom’s assets and interest by performing and leading operational physical security duties.
• Department: Risk Management
• Business Unit: Medupi Power Station
• Location: South Africa (Gauteng)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages/
• Diploma/Certificate in the relevant function at NQF 4 with 120 Credits

Experience:

• 2 years Security related experience

Professional Registration Body:

• PSIRA Grade B

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises and performs access control duties
• Supervises and performs control room duties
• Performs security systems inspections and functional tests
• Leads incident/crime reaction duties and crime scene preservation
• Leads emergency preparedness security response teams
• Performs general duties
