Administration Clerks (85 Posts)
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent
- Certification stamp not older than 6 months
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Key Duties
- Typing, scanning, printing, filing, stapling, and copying
- Capturing meeting minutes and registry services
- Data capturing, record keeping, and document tracking
- Completing forms and administrative documents
- Supporting supervisors with daily office tasks

Cleaners (80 Posts)
Minimum Requirements
- Certified school report or qualification (stamp not older than 6 months)
- Basic communication skills
Key Duties
- Cleaning offices, clinics, and health facilities
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and dusting
- Window cleaning and furniture care
- Waste disposal and disinfecting designated areas
- Maintaining cleaning supplies stock
A strong entry point into facilities management, healthcare support services, and EPWP experience.
Groundskeepers (30 Posts)
Minimum Requirements
- Certified school report or equivalent
- Good communication skills
Key Duties
- Lawn mowing, weeding, watering, and fertilising
- Maintaining gardens, walkways, and pavements
- Tree cutting and trimming
- Removing litter and general outdoor upkeep
Best suited for candidates interested in landscaping, municipal services, or environmental maintenance.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for any of these EPWP posts, applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be currently unemployed
- Have no criminal record
- Reside within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality
- Live near the health facility where they are applying
- Provide proof of residence
- Must NOT have previously benefited from EPWP
If you have worked under EPWP before, you are unfortunately not eligible.

Step 2: Prepare Your Supporting Documents
You must attach:
- Recently updated CV
- Certified copy of South African ID
