What is the CATHSSETA Internship Programme?

The CATHSSETA Internship Programme is a structured workplace-based learning programme aimed at recent graduates who have completed qualifications relevant to the CATHSSETA sectors. These include fields such as tourism, heritage and arts, hospitality, gaming and lotteries, sport and recreation, and conservation.

The programme is designed to give interns hands-on experience within real work environments, allowing them to apply their theoretical knowledge, develop professional skills, and prepare for long-term career success. Interns are placed in host employers such as government departments, NGOs, tourism boards, museums, and private companies.

 

 

THE FOLLOWING INTERNSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE:

  • Intern: Finance X 2
  • Intern: Western Cape/Northern Cape/ Eastern Cape X 3
  • Intern: KwaZulu Natal/ Free State X 3
  • Intern: Administration and Management X 3

WHO CAN APPLY?
