POST 1: Manager — Human Capital Management (HCM) Information

Salary: R896 436 – R1 055 958 per annum (inclusive of benefits)
Location: Head Office, Pretoria

Nature of Position: Permanent

Requirements

  • A recognised undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 6 or 7 in:
    • Information Systems
    • Data Analysis
    • Operations Management
    • Human Resource Management
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Information Management at Assistant Manager level or equivalent.

Key Performance Areas

  • Produce HCM information for planning, reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage data quality for reporting.
  • Improve HCM processes and systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance and implementation of organisational structure and post establishment changes.
  • Manage HCM registry and information services.
  • Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the PFMA (Responsibilities of Other Officials).

Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in:
    • Industrial Psychology
    • Organisational Development
    • Operations Management
    • Management Services
  • Must have a Job Evaluation Certificate.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • 3 years’ experience in Organisational Design or Work Study.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide advisory support on organisational development matters.
  • Facilitate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations.
  • Assist with information collation for the Human Resource Plan (HRP).
  • Supervise sub-unit staff.
  • Ensure PFMA Section 57 compliance.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 7 in:
    • Social Work
    • Related fields
  • Must be registered with a relevant professional body.

  • 3 years’ experience in Employee Wellness Services.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide psychosocial support to employees and their immediate families.
  • Promote and market Employee Wellbeing programmes.
  • Develop and review health & wellbeing policies.
  • Manage Employee Wellness (EW) programmes.
  • Maintain wellbeing support structures and ensure PFMA Section 57 compliance.
