IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR UNEMPLOYED EDUCATORS

The Gauteng Department of Education has an unemployed educators system which allows fully qualified educators (only) to capture their full details on the system which will then be readily available to all 15 districts and all school principals within the province.

Details of educators that fit the profile of the skills, learning areas and grades that are currently in demand at that particular time are extracted from the database and called for interviews.

REGISTRATION WITH SACE

Please note that SACE offices are closed for walk-ins but allows drop-offs. In addition, SACE has availed the following platforms for registration to ensure continuity on service delivery.

All new applications must be submitted online via www.eservices.gov.za

Applications and supporting document must be forwarded via email to the following email address: [email protected]

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Cannot register on the system?

  • Click on the REGISTER tab
  • Enter all required information
  • Click on the REGISTER button after ensuring that the information has been correctly entered
  • A notification confirming that the account has been successfully registered will pop up, Click OK
  • A confirmation SMS will be sent to you after the registration is complete

Already exist on the system?

  • Click on the LOGIN tab
  • Click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link
  • Enter your ID/Passport number
  • Click on RECOVER ACCOUNT
  • An SMS with an OTP will be sent to the number used during registration
  • Enter the OTP
  • Enter New password
  • Re-enter the new password
  • Click on RESET PASSWORD

Cannot log into the system?

  • Click on the LOGIN tab
  • Click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link
  • Enter your ID/Passport number
  • Click on RECOVER ACCOUNT
  • An SMS with an OTP will be sent to the number used during registration
  • Enter the OTP
  • Enter New password
  • Re-enter the new password
  • Click on RESET PASSWORD

Cannot receive OTP?

If you can’t receive the OTP SEND an email to [email protected]

Cannot edit information on the system?

If you Can’t Edit information on the system SEND an email to [email protected]
