If you’ve been struggling to find a job because every employer wants “experience,” this is your opportunity to break that cycle. CIPC wants unemployed graduates with no work experience, especially those who have never participated in an internship.
This programme will allow you to:
- Get real government workplace exposure
- Apply the skills you learned during your National N Diploma
- Work with experienced professionals
- Build your confidence and communication skills
- Add a meaningful 24-month experience to your CV
- Position yourself for future employment in the public or private sector
Many TVET graduates often feel overlooked because most companies prefer university degrees. Not this time.
CIPC specifically encourages TVET College graduates to apply — this is your moment to shine.
