  2. Consider the Further Education and Training Certificate: Commercial Property and Facilities Management (SAQA ID 79626, NQF Level 4, 150 credits) as a relevant training pathway.
  3. Seek practical experience in property administration, leasing, facilities support, building management or related office-based property work.
  4. Develop responsibility for coordinating tenants, owners, contractors, records and property services. Management roles commonly also involve workplace progression and increasing responsibility alongside relevant education.
  5. Confirm the qualification’s current registration, availability, provider and assessment requirements with SAQA or an accredited provider before enrolling.
