Agbiz recognises that the future of South Africa’s agricultural economy depends on innovators and researchers who understand the business side of agriculture. Through this bursary, Agbiz aims to empower talented postgraduate students who are committed to developing new knowledge, strengthening policy, and driving growth in the agribusiness value chain.
The bursary is available to one deserving South African student pursuing master’s or PhD studies in agribusiness management-related fields at any accredited South African university. For the 2026 academic year, the bursary is valued at R47 500.
