What is the Postbank Graduate Internship Programme?
The Postbank Graduate Internship Programme is a structured 12-month work experience initiative designed for South African graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in the banking, finance, and corporate services sectors. The programme provides hands-on exposure to real-world business operations across various departments, including:
- Finance
- Business Studies
Interns are mentored by seasoned professionals and benefit from both theoretical learning and on-the-job training tailored to industry demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research and analysis to support the Postbank Board
- Develop and present reports, papers, and presentations
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required from time to time

WHO CAN APPLY?
The programme is open to South African citizens who meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must have completed a three-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Finance and Business Studies
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
- Must not have previously participated in any internship or graduate programme in the public or private sector.
- Strong academic performance and a passion for public service will be an added advantage.
