Requirements
An accredited National Diploma (Technical / N / S streams) or equivalent qualification;
or N3 Certificate plus a passed Trade Test in the built environment;
or Registration as an Engineering Technician.
Duties
Render a basic inspection service of work done on minor new and existing structures on a project basis.
Analyse and compile relevant documentation for work to be undertaken on minor new and existing structures.
Oversee the work of contractors.
Gather and submit information related to the Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP).
