Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
No experience required.
Special requirements (Skills needed): Knowledge of configuration processes would be an advantage.
Knowledge of managing technical documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Accurate data capturing skills.
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English, at all levels.
Knowledge of general office administration, security regulations and reporting procedures.
Telephone etiquette.
Good interpersonal relations skills and ability to work under pressure in a team.

Duties

Provide configuration administration service.
Perform configuration auditing.
Control and distribution of documentation.
Perform configuration control.
