Requirements
NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
A qualification in Human Resource Management / Development / Public Management / Public
Administration will be an added advantage. Certificate/Proof of Introductory PERSAL.
Minimum of 01 - 02 years’ relevant experience in HRM environment or related field.
A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities Knowledge and skills: Strong computer literacy,
specifically in MS Excel and HR Information Systems.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant HR related policies and legislative frameworks.
Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with stakeholders.
Duties
Monitor and control the establishment of Employment of Educators’ Act and Public Service Act staff.
Monitor PERSAL transactions related to appointments, promotion and terminations.
Provision of PERSAL reports on HR information.
Manage queries related to PERSAL.
