Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Computer Literacy.
A qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for persons with disabilities) Core and Process Competencies: Financial systems, Debtors management, Problem Solving and Analysis,
Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Communication.
Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing Public Service, Information Systems, negotiation skills, analytical skills, Computer Literacy.
Analytical thinking skills, Advanced financial management.

Implement human resource administration practices (Recruitment and Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfer, verification of
qualifications, secretariat functions at Interviews, absorptions, probationary periods e.g.).
Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical,
Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation.
Pension, Allowances, PILIR etc.).
Performance Management.
Termination of service (indicate the steps).
