Requirements

Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) with accounting as a passed subject and minimum 5 years' relevant financial management experience in Public sector at level 05 ; or Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree in Finance with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the public sector at level 05.
Knowledge in GRAP and financial management processes in the public sector.
Computer literacy in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
Knowledge of transversal systems such as BAS, SAP, SRM and IMS. Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Good planning, organisation, communication and record keeping skills.

Duties

Capturing GRV on IMS, Checking status of the captured transactions.
Capturing of SCOA allocation on RLS 01 documents. Liase with HR for employee registration on BAS system.
Request payment report and submit to relevant units.
Effective management of petty cash and revenue.
Record management of circulars / memos that are communicated by Provincial Office.
Work on any Finance system (BAS, SAP, SRM and IMS systems)
