Requirements
A Senior Certificate / National Certificate (Vocational) NQF Level 4.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Ability to capture data.
Knowledge of collecting statistics.
Understanding of customer care basis.
Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment.
Understanding of administrative office practices.
Knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Planning skills.
Communication skills (verbal and written).
Organizational skills.
Interpretation skills.
Time management skills.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a team, be diplomatic, innovative, creative, resilient and reliable.
Duties
Render data capturing services to the Development Directorate.
Update registers and statistics.
Keep and maintain records and files.
Provide information to components.
