An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Diesel/Electro-mechanical/Mechanical Engineering as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority
(SAQA).
A minimum of 3- years’ experience in relevant / related field.
Valid driver’s license (except for persons with disabilities).

Facilitate the repair, breakdown services and maintenance of both heavy and light government vehicles.
Ensure technical services and support in the government garage/ workshop in conjunction with Artisans.
Manage administrative and related functions such as providing input into the budgeting process, compiling and submitting reports as required.
