Requirements
A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Public Management/Administration/Social Science or
an equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority SAQA).
A minimum of Two (2) years’ experience level in the same or related field.
Valid Driver’s Licence (Except for people with disabilities).

framework governing the Public Service i.e. Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, National Road Traffic Act, Public Finance Management Act,
Protection of Personal Information Act, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, Understanding NaTIS Security Policy
and Procedures as amended from time to time, Experience in NaTIS administration at all key service centres (RA, DLTC, VTS and NaTIS Helpdesk,
Knowledge of the minimum requirements for sensitive transactions.
Basic Computer skills.
Duties
Supervise the capturing of sensitive transactions to curb fraud on the System.
Supervise NaTIS user access processes.
Supervise the amendment of data on the system and the reversal of erroneous Transactions.
Supervise Task Management System (TMS).
Ensure proper use of Task Management System (TMS) and Remedy System.
Attend to administration Issues related to the office.
