Requirements
A National Senior Certificate / an equivalent plus an appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Public Administration / Office Administration or an
equivalent qualification in the relevant field / area as recognized by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Public Administration or Telecommunication and Office Equipment Management.
Duties
Manage Telecommunications Contracts.
Administer Telecommunications Services.
Supervise Switchboard and Call Centre Operations.
Supervise Billing and Financial Controls.
Maintain proper record-keeping.
Engage and Support Stakeholders.
