 What You’ll Do

The HR Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources function, ensuring operations remain compliant and efficient. Core responsibilities include the end-to-end administration of recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives - ultimately contributing to a cohesive and positive people experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Higher Education in Human Resources
• 1 - 2 Years General HR Admin experience
• Experience with Recruitment Management Software
• Proficiency in Google Suite 
• Passion for people
• Approachable & friendly demeanour 
• High attention to detail 
• Deadline driven 
• High level of Integrity & Emotional Intelligence 
• Collaborative approach 
• Continuous Improvement mindset

Nice to have but not essential 

• Payroll Administration Experience
• Proficiency in Sage Payroll Software
• GoHire Recruitment Software Proficiency
• Enneagram Coaching Certification
