About this opportunity

About Voyc

Most financial services firms review 1-2% of their customer calls. The other 98% is where the fraud slips through, the vulnerable customer gets missed and the winnable deal quietly goes cold.

Voyc is the customer conversation operating system for regulated financial services. We hear every conversation so firms catch the risk before it costs them, and we find what their best agents do differently so the rest of the team can do it too. We work with international lenders, insurers and other financial services firms and because we've learnt from patterns across 100M+ conversations, none of them has to learn the hard way alone.

The name stands for Voice of your Customer. Behind every conversation we hear is a real person trying to get a service and they're who we're really working for.

About the role

As a Junior Technical Success Analyst, you'll help make sure Voyc works in the real world for our customers: compliance, QA and operations teams at regulated financial services firms. You'll pick up customer queries, help test new releases and help prepare the data behind customer reviews. You'll be trusted to get your own work done reliably and to a high standard, with experienced Technical Success Analysts on hand for the more complex issues.

You'll be hands-on with real work from early on and as you get to know the platform, the tech behind it and the regulatory world our customers operate in, you'll take more of it on yourself.

You'll be responsible for
  • Assisting with customer support queries under guidance, learning how we triage, prioritise and resolve issues
  • Supporting QA testing after every production release, learning what good looks like from our most experienced testers
  • Helping prepare data and materials for monthly customer review sessions
  • Building a working understanding of the regulatory environment our customers operate in
  • Documenting what you learn so the whole team benefits from it
What it's like working at Voyc

We want to win and we're stubborn about it. For us, winning means the thing actually worked and solved the problem it set out to, not just that it shipped on time and looked good in a demo. We're a tech company, so the pace comes with the territory: releases go out, things break, fixes happen fast and nobody stands back waiting for someone else to get their hands dirty.

Ask most people here why they joined, or why they stayed and the answer is usually the same: the people. We're small and most of us work remotely, but it still feels like one team. We take the work seriously and ourselves less so, which means plenty of fun alongside the hard stuff (games days included). When someone's stuck, we jump in and work it out together. We're honest with each other, including about our own mistakes, and we'd rather stay curious about a problem than pretend we already have the answer. We care about how you grow here, not just what you deliver, and our values show up in how we treat each other and our customers, not just on this page.
