Responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing and documentation is kep up to date. Duties may include using specialist computer software and understanding the requirements of the business you are working in. You could also be required to be customer-facing - via email, phone, or face to face.
§Process all Imex deliveries.
§Recon all Imex deliveries.
§Handle All Imex delivery Queries.
§Process Purchase Orders
§Process Receipt’s of the site Purchase orders
§Prepare Customer Deals from site
§Prepare contract registers ( Offal Customer’s example)
§Open Vendor Application’s from Site
§Open Customer accounts from Site
§Query resolution
§Issue and prepare Staff hampers
§Stationary Issues and management of the Stationary Store.
§Stock Count assistance
§Stock Count Capturing
§Ensure Stock Count compliance
§General Admin duties
§Ensure compliance to SOP’s
§Assist with Saco (payroll system) reports and submission’s.
§Assist Cost Accountant with Site controls and Recons.
