Requirements

Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Career/HR Administration environment.

Duties

Administer the more complex aspects of Performance Assessment for Defence
Act Personnel (DAP) and Public Service Act Personnel (PSAP).
Verify the administration of discipline offences on mainframe.
Administer grievances, by investigating nature of grievance and draft unit’s response.
Update education qualifications on mainframe.
