POST 1: DRIVER EC

QUALIFICATION

NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults)
At least 2 years’ experience as a driver within a supply chain environment.
Valid EC (Code 14) driver’s license.
PrDP “G” and “P” drivers permit

POST 2: UNIT MANAGER HRD

QUALIFICATION

Be in possession of NQF 6 (National Diploma or Advanced Diploma) in a relevant field.

POST 4: MINE OVERSEER OPERATIONS X2

Posses at least of 3 years of SAP experience supporting Plant Maintenance.
Have SAP Certification on PM.

Posses the capacity to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view.
Posses the capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others.
Be results-oriented.
Posses the capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.

POST 10: ARTISAN BOILERMAKING UG

LOCATION: OPERATING SEGMENT PLATINUM MARIKANA

QUALIFICATION

NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Adult Senior Certificate) with English literacy or N2 in Engineering studies.
Completed formal Learnership programme prior to obtaining a Boilermaker artisan trade certificate as recognised by the MQA.
N2 Platers Theory.
N2 Platers & Structural Steel Drawing.
Section 13 or 26D (completed learnership / apprenticeship) Boilermaker Trade Certificate as recognised by the QTCO.
At least 3 years’ experience as a Boilermaker Artisan / Aide /Apprentice within a mining or plant environment working on winders , shaft barrel and pump and loading stations.
