POST 1: IT BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST I, CAPE TOWN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant 3 year Information Technology or business-related qualification
- Minimum of 8 years Business/Process Analysis experience, preferably across multiple disciplines/domains
- Minimum of 5 years in team management
- Working knowledge of relevant methodology and tools e.g. Process modelling tools, project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc)
POST 2: IT BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST III, CAPE TOWN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant 3-year Information Technology or business-related qualification
- Minimum of 2 years Business/Process Analysis experience

POST 3: TECHNOLOGIST: PANTRY, HEALTH, BAKING/ BAKING AIDS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- B Tech. in Food Technology or BSc Food Science
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience, long-life shelf stable product experience would be advantageous.
- Retail experience an added advantage
- Knowledge of technical processes and principles (incl. Safety and Legislation, eg. HACCP, GMP, Supply Chain, TACCP)
- Experience in sourcing and costing raw materials
- Knowledge of packaging
- Proven analytical and process ability
- Strong sourcing and supply management experience
- Ability to set and improve quality standards within supply base
- Ability to drive technical and product innovation
- Proven commercial aptitude – ability to understand and use financial indicators
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to drive value optimization across product development and production processes
- Good understanding of risk assessment and management of product safety
- Team player
- Quality / high standard mind-set
- Networking skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Project management skills
