POST 1: UNIT MANAGER – MATERNITY LABOUR AND THEATRE

FACILITY: GENESIS MATERNITY CLINIC

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in nursing with advanced Midwifery
  • ESMOE master trainer
  • Up to date BLS certification
  • Current registration with SANC
  • Relevant experience in Maternity services and Obstetric theatre to meet the critical outputs
  • Proven leadership and people management skill would be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles
  • Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Covid-19 vaccination certificate

POST 2: REGISTERED NURSE THEATRE EXP – CATH LAB

FACILITY: LIFE VINCENT PALLOTTI HOSPITAL

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • General Nursing Degree / Diploma
  • Registration with SANC as Registered Nurse
  • Previous theatre environment experience required.
  • Previous experience within a Cath Lab will be a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
  • Computer proficiency
  • Driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 – proof to be attached to CV

POST 3: NATIONAL ADMISSIONS MANAGER

FACILITY: HEAD OFFICE

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should have a B-degree/equivalent and 10 years experience with strong systems knowledge and be proficient in business processes,compliance and
  • Proven leadership and/or people management experience within healthcare.
  • A dedication to quality and superior customer service.

POST 4: SOCIAL WORKER POSITION

POST 5: INFECTION PREVENTION SPECIALIST

FACILITY: LIFE QUEENSTOWN PRIVATE HOSPITAL

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Registered Nurse – BCurr or other
  • Qualification infection and control specilaist with at least 60 credits towards completion
  • Experience in a specialist unit an advantage
  • Clinical Infection prevention knowledge and competence essential
  • Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and organisational ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Understanding of the private healthcare industry

REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse, registered with SANC.
  • This position requires previous experience in High Care Units or Specialist Units.
  • Ability to work shifts according to the operational requirements of the hospital
  • Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage
  • Computer proficiency would be an advantage
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19

  • Degree / Diploma in Nursing
  • Post-graduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Current registration with South African Nursing Council
  • Relevant clinical experience and knowledge to the critical outputs

POST 11: UNIT MANAGER – REHABILITATION AND SUB-ACUTE

FACILITY: LIFE PASTEUR HOSPITAL

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Diploma in nursing.
  • Current registration with SANC.
  • Previous nursing unit management experience in general acute nursing units, a physical rehabilitation facility or a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
  • Experience in the field of acute spinal- and neuro rehabilitation would be advantageous.
  • ACLS certificate would be to your advantage.
  • Proven leadership and people management skill.
  • Clear understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles.
  • Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage.
  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Own transport and the ability to get to the facility timeously during a crisis

POST 12: PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR – EMPLOYEE SERVICES

FACILITY: HEAD OFFICE

POSITION TYPE: PERMANENT

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant payroll qualification with 3 to 5 years’ experience within a large (5000+) corporate payroll environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and background of Educos/Vision.
  • Basic knowledge of the Kronos system (Time and attendance) will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to HR systems within large corporate environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SA tax legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office will be required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Own transport will be an advantage.
  • Must have payroll experience – not negotiable.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid – 19

  • Bookkeeping Diploma or equivalent
  • Financial process understanding up to trial balance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Online Banking experience

  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Grade 12 and code 10 driver’s license with public permit
  • Five (5) years’ experience with good driving skills
  • Ability to understand orders and instructions
  • Able to write in neat and legible print
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Resilience and stress tolerance
  • Strong customer orientation
