You will be expected to:
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure continuous compliance with aviation safety policies and SACAA regulations
- Execute emergency and safety procedures with confidence and accuracy
- Promote a strong safety culture onboard every flight
Passenger Experience
- Deliver a calm, professional, and efficient onboard service
- Handle passenger concerns with diplomacy and empathy
- Maintain FlySafair’s high customer-service standards
Professional Conduct
- Uphold integrity, punctuality, and immaculate presentation
- Maintain accurate administrative and compliance records
- Represent the airline professionally at all times

Qualifications & Certifications
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Current & Valid SACAA Cabin Crew License
- Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate
- Dangerous Goods Certificate
- Ditching Certificate
- Fire Fighting Certificate
Legal & Medical
- Valid South African driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
- Level 4 English language proficiency
- Medically fit and able to swim
Availability
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable with early morning sign-ons and late-night sign-offs
