telecoms companies ate just exploiting us

Ive been working for this company installing fibre internet. our salaries are always different every month. Was paid, for the first Time, R4500 but i used to earn over R6500. when i ask for a reason from management, they tell me i must be grateful i have a job. is anyone experiencing such? 😭 😭
