My HOD is a bully

I have been teaching at this school for over 2 years now. my HOD says i cant teach, even the teacher assistants do better than me in class. just because i refused to go out with him last friday, all of a sudden i cant teach. Im going through the most at this school. even worse he bullies me infront of school kids. 😭
