It's been 9 to 10 years my brother applying for SAPS.HE ONCE CALLED FOR FITNESS TRAINING IN 2017 AN PASSED IT BUT HE NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL AGAIN TILL TODAY CAUSE HIS BEEN APPLYING EACH AND EVERY YEAR BUT NOTHING AND HE STUDIED "SAFETY IN SOCIETY " WHATS THE PROBLEM CAUSE EVERYTIME WHEN THERES APPLICATION OPEN THE MINUTE HE CERTIFY HIS DOCUMENTS/CERTIFICATE THEY ALWAYS SAY HE ALREADY BEEN SELECTED BECAUSE OF THE QUALIFICATION HE HAS THAT FALLS UNDER SAPS...PLEASE HELP
