35 and older is out we don't get jobs.

What happens to us that is nou over 35 why can't they replace the age with 40 and over because we are still young and we have responsibility but now can even complete ou practicals because of our age this is si wrong what will happen with us.....we are qualified and hardworking mother's but now we must stay at home because of our age....this should be replaced with a higher age and not 35
