POST 4: SEN MNG – TALENT ACQ, ONBOARDING & EXIT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in human resources management/Organisational Development/Social Sciences/ or relevant field.
- A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ practical experience in Human Resources, of which 5 must have been in a Middle – Senior management level leading Acquisition, Onboarding and Exit management processes end to end.
- Demonstrable experience in managing employer branding, onboarding initiatives and full cycle recruiting programmes and initiatives in a medium to large complex organisation.
- Management Consulting or experience in a medium to large complex organization will be an added advantage
- Experience in development, implementation, and monitoring of Talent Acquisition strategy,
- Extensive experience in working across diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Standard Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Travel locally, and nationally as and when required by the business.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource theory and practice.
- Broad knowledge of Integrated and Generalist Human Resource practices.
- Relevant and applicable legislation (i.e. Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development, Employment Equity Act, National Credit Act, POPIA etc.)
- Sound knowledge of, and insight into data analysis
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding and Exit Management tools, systems, and methodologies.
- HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Exposure in managing projects
- HR systems e.g. SAP, e-Recruitment
- Basic SAP knowledge PA, PD, OM modules
- Computer literacy
- MS Office (all)
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, on-boarding, promotions, transfers, secondment and exit management.
